The Residences at 668 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio

The former Atrium Office Plaza on this comeback street in downtown Cleveland was recently turned into a luxury address featuring retail space and 215 apartment homes. The owner specifically asked that Designer Accents get involved in this project. He trusts us. And called us back in. In fact, the owner reunited the entire team from a previous project. So, we already knew the owner’s taste when it came to window treatments, mailboxes, and other accessories. We scoped out the project even earlier than usual — what the building would look like, how many units, bathrooms, closets (large closets, by the way). With our knowledge and prior relationship, we were able to develop a satisfying preconstruction budget.
