Many companies talk about their “teams.” Then, what they usually do is produce a number of individual executive bios. We’re proud of our people, too. But it really does take a team approach to provide the level of service we expect to deliver — and you need to succeed. As we mentioned elsewhere, DA has a person at every critical point in the process. Here’s a look at our depth:

• Owner. Assembles the team, meets with clients.
• Salesperson. Helps you get to know, understand and select Designer Accents.
• Full-time estimator. Creates those uniquely detailed estimates that many find so helpful.
• Project manager. Visits the sites, keeps communication flowing back and forth.
• Installation manager. Ensures a quality job, plus a quality cleanup.
• Project coordinator. Tracks product orders, shipments, and scheduling.
• Dedicated support staff. Handles all those critical day-to-day tasks.
