Designer Accents was brought in early during its construction. Our team sat with their team – the general contractor, construction manager, architect, and design team – predevelopment and preconstruction. The design team was very clear about their wants and needs, which included design points for eventual LEED® certification. Still, Designer Accents was able to offer alternatives that saved money, were more functional, and maintained the design integrity.
