Health Education Campus

A joint venture between Case Western Reserve University and the Cleveland Clinic, the Health Education Campus consists of two buildings totaling more than 600,000 square feet. The centerpiece is the Sheila And Eric Samson Pavilion, designed by award-winning international architecture firm Foster + Partners. The pavilion’s many meeting and learning spaces feature a sophisticated building management system that controls lights, AV and motorized window shades. (Some of those spaces are visible in this virtual tour.)

Prior to installing the shades, our project managers attended numerous on-site meetings with electricians and other subcontractors to ensure that the BMS functioned properly. We installed 129 motorized shades and 464 manual shades throughout the building.
