The Lumen at Playhouse Square

The largest residential project in downtown Cleveland in 40 years, The Lumen at Playhouse Square is a 34-story, 318-unit apartment building in the heart of the largest theater district outside of New York City. Developer Hines and general contractor Gilbane Construction hired us to design and install shades, closet shelving, bathroom mirrors and frameless custom-fit shower doors. 

Planning began nearly two years in advance for the aggressive construction schedule. Thanks to our experienced staff — which included seven installers and two project managers — we were able to keep up and even make up time for some delays that preceded our work.
