Medical Mutual

Insurance company Medical Mutual of Ohio leased more than 300,000 square feet of space on the former American Greetings headquarters property to consolidate Northeast Ohio suburban offices in one location. As part of a $23 million investment in preparing the site, Medical Mutual hired us to install more than 600 manual shades throughout the building and motorized shades in the lobby. We worked closely with the design team to execute its vision on budget.
